Tanggung Jawab
- Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
- Manage and maintain computer systems, networks, and printers.
- Install, configure, and update operating systems and applications.
- Respond to user queries via phone, email, or in-person efficiently.
- Perform regular system backups and ensure data integrity.
- Assist in network administration and connectivity troubleshooting.
- Maintain an inventory of IT equipment and manage asset tracking.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- Proven experience as an IT Support Executive or Helpdesk Assistant.
- Strong knowledge of Windows, Linux, and macOS operating systems.
- Familiarity with network protocols (TCP/IP, DHCP) and hardware troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Problem-solving mindset with a customer-centric approach.
