Tanggung Jawab
- Provide first and second-level technical support for end-users across multiple F&B outlets.
- Maintain and troubleshoot POS hardware, software, and peripheral connectivity.
- Manage e-commerce backend operations, ensuring smooth order processing and platform uptime.
- Support the marketing team by assisting with digital assets, tracking tools, and social media platform integrations.
- Monitor network health and perform routine system maintenance and security updates.
- Document technical issues and resolutions to maintain a comprehensive knowledge base.
- Coordinate with external vendors for specialized hardware repairs and software upgrades.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in IT support or helpdesk roles, preferably in F&B or retail.
- Solid understanding of POS system architecture and e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, or similar).
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools and content management systems.
- Strong analytical skills with a proactive approach to troubleshooting technical bottlenecks.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical staff.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
