Tanggung Jawab
- Provide comprehensive technical support to employees via phone, email, and in-person assistance.
- Diagnose and resolve complex hardware, software, and network connectivity issues efficiently.
- Manage and maintain the organization’s IT inventory, including tracking assets and lifecycle management.
- Assist in the deployment and configuration of new hardware, operating systems, and applications.
- Monitor system performance and ensure data security compliance with company policies.
- Perform routine system backups and conduct preventative maintenance to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with vendors and third-party service providers to resolve escalated technical matters.
Kualifikasi
- Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of proven experience in IT support, helpdesk, or a similar role.
- Strong working knowledge of Windows operating systems, Active Directory, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with networking concepts, LAN/WAN, and basic troubleshooting techniques.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical details to non-technical users.
