Join PERSOL as an IT Support Executive specializing in POS systems for the F&B industry in the West Region. You'll be responsible for safeguarding client data through robust protection protocols and conducting routine security audits to prevent breaches. As the primary technical liaison, you'll troubleshoot hardware/software issues, optimize POS performance, and implement system enhancements to drive operational efficiency.

- Provide comprehensive technical support for POS systems in F&B establishments
- Implement and maintain data protection protocols for sensitive client information

- Train staff on proper POS system usage and IT equipment maintenance
- Monitor system performance and recommend technology upgrades

Kualifikasi
- Diploma or degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of IT support experience with POS systems
- Proficiency in Windows/Mac operating systems and networking fundamentals
- Strong knowledge of data protection and cybersecurity best practices
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced F&B environments
- Industry certifications (CompTIA A+, Microsoft) preferred
