Tanggung Jawab
- Provide comprehensive technical support for hardware, software, and network systems
- Implement and maintain robust data protection measures including encryption protocols
- Conduct routine security audits and vulnerability assessments
- Manage IT asset lifecycle including procurement, deployment, and decommissioning
- Document technical processes, incidents, and resolutions using ITSM tools
- Collaborate with vendors for system upgrades and maintenance
- Train employees on cybersecurity best practices and data handling procedures
Kualifikasi
- Diploma/Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in IT support or helpdesk role
- Proficiency in Windows/macOS administration and network troubleshooting
- Strong understanding of data protection regulations (PDPA, GDPR)
- CompTIA A+/Network+ certification or equivalent
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
