Berca Hardayaperkasa, a leading systems integrator and IT solutions provider in Indonesia, is seeking a skilled IT Support Freelance professional to join our field operations team covering the Bali and Nusa Tenggara regions. In this role, you will be the face of our technical support services, ensuring that our clients' hardware, software, and network infrastructures operate at peak performance.
We are looking for a proactive technician who thrives in a field-based environment and is capable of diagnosing complex technical issues on-site. You will be responsible for deployment, troubleshooting, and maintenance of IT systems across various client locations. Tanggung Jawab
- Provide on-site technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network systems at client sites.
- Perform preventive maintenance on IT infrastructure to ensure system stability and minimal downtime.
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and upgrading of servers, workstations, and peripheral equipment.
- Document technical issues and resolutions in a detailed and timely manner through our ticketing system.
- Coordinate with remote technical teams to escalate critical incidents and ensure successful resolution.
- Provide basic technical training or guidance to end-users on hardware usage and standard software applications.
- Ensure compliance with company security policies and client-specific data protection protocols during on-site visits.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT field support, helpdesk, or technical maintenance roles.
- Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux OS, network hardware (routers, switches), and cabling standards.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot hardware issues on PCs, laptops, and printers efficiently.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel extensively across the Bali and Nusa Tenggara regions.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high service standards.
