- Provide first-level technical support for hardware and software issues across the organization
- Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment including laptops, desktops, and peripherals
- Manage end-user device lifecycle including deployment, upgrades, and decommissioning
- Document technical processes and create knowledge base articles for internal use
- Participate in IT projects supporting system implementations and security initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless IT operations
- Monitor and respond to helpdesk tickets using ticketing systems
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems, and networking principles
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to troubleshoot technical issues systematically
- Excellent communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and common IT support tools
