Tanggung Jawab
- Provide first-level technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network issues
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer systems, peripherals, and software applications
- Assist with IT asset management including inventory tracking and equipment lifecycle management
- Document technical issues and resolutions in the IT service management system
- Collaborate with senior IT staff on system upgrades and maintenance projects
- Deliver user training on new technologies and software implementations
- Monitor system performance and report potential security vulnerabilities
Kualifikasi
- Currently enrolled in Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Basic knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite, and networking fundamentals
- Strong troubleshooting skills with ability to diagnose technical issues logically
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Customer-service oriented with patience and problem-solving mindset
- Ability to work independently while collaborating in a team environment
- Relevant coursework or internship experience in IT support preferred
