Tanggung Jawab

  • Provide first-level technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues experienced by end-users.
  • Assist in the setup, configuration, and deployment of new workstations, laptops, and other IT equipment.
  • Help maintain IT inventory, including tracking assets, licenses, and conducting regular checks.
  • Escalate complex technical issues to senior IT personnel and follow up to ensure timely resolution.
  • Support the IT team in monitoring system performance and identifying potential issues.
  • Assist with user account management, including creation, modification, and access rights.
  • Contribute to the creation and updating of IT documentation, knowledge base articles, and procedural guides.
  • Participate in IT projects and initiatives as assigned, gaining exposure to various aspects of IT operations.

Kualifikasi

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows, macOS), and common software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
  • Familiarity with basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, Wi-Fi, LAN/WAN) is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Eagerness to learn, proactive attitude, and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to work full-time and onsite in Cebu City.
