In this role, you will be the frontline hero of our IT operations. You will play a crucial part in maintaining the seamless functionality of our systems across our diverse portfolio, spanning Beauty, F&B, and Hospitality sectors. This is an exceptional opportunity to gain hands-on experience in network management, Point of Sale (POS) systems, and enterprise-level system support while working in a supportive, fast-paced corporate culture.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network connectivity issues across multiple departments.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot Point of Sale (POS) systems to ensure uninterrupted business operations in F&B and Beauty outlets.
  • Manage user accounts, system access, and permissions across internal platforms.
  • Monitor network health and perform routine server and workstation maintenance.
  • Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs and software license renewals.
  • Document all technical issues and resolutions in the ticketing system to build a comprehensive knowledge base.
  • Assist in the deployment and configuration of new IT equipment for office and branch staff.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a Helpdesk or IT Support role (fresh graduates with strong internship experience are encouraged to apply).
  • Solid understanding of Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic network troubleshooting (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
  • Experience with POS systems or retail management software is highly advantageous.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel between branches if required to resolve onsite technical issues.
