In this role, you will be the frontline hero of our IT operations. You will play a crucial part in maintaining the seamless functionality of our systems across our diverse portfolio, spanning Beauty, F&B, and Hospitality sectors. Tanggung Jawab
- Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network connectivity issues across multiple departments.
- Maintain and troubleshoot Point of Sale (POS) systems to ensure uninterrupted business operations in F&B and Beauty outlets.
- Manage user accounts, system access, and permissions across internal platforms.
- Monitor network health and perform routine server and workstation maintenance.
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs and software license renewals.
- Document all technical issues and resolutions in the ticketing system to build a comprehensive knowledge base.
- Assist in the deployment and configuration of new IT equipment for office and branch staff.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a Helpdesk or IT Support role (fresh graduates with strong internship experience are encouraged to apply).
- Solid understanding of Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic network troubleshooting (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
- Experience with POS systems or retail management software is highly advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel between branches if required to resolve onsite technical issues.
