Tanggung Jawab
- Provide first-line technical support for users via phone, email, and remote access
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, peripherals, and software applications
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls across systems
- Document technical issues, resolutions, and standard operating procedures
- Escalate complex problems to senior IT specialists with detailed incident reports
- Conduct periodic system maintenance and security updates
Kualifikasi
- Associate degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1-2 years of hands-on technical support experience in a corporate environment
- Proficiency in Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic networking concepts
- Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and connectivity issues
- Excellent communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
- Customer service orientation with patience and problem-solving mindset
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced team
