Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and manage critical IT infrastructure and network operations within the Network Operations Centre (NOC), ensuring optimal performance and stability.
- Execute and oversee scheduled batch processes, ensuring timely completion and adherence to operational procedures.
- Investigate and resolve operational incidents, system alerts, and job failures promptly, escalating complex issues to appropriate teams when necessary.
- Perform routine data centre operational tasks, including health checks, environmental monitoring, and access control.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of operational procedures, incident reports, and system configurations.
- Collaborate with various IT teams (e.g., System Administrators, Network Engineers) to troubleshoot issues and implement solutions.
- Participate in a 24/7 rotating shift schedule to ensure continuous coverage of IT operations and data centre activities.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- 1-3 years of experience in IT operations, technical support, or data centre environments. Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome to apply.
- Basic understanding of operating systems (Windows Server, Linux), networking concepts (TCP/IP, LAN/WAN), and hardware.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools and incident management systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Splunk).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Proactive, resilient, and able to perform effectively under pressure, especially during incident resolution.
- Willingness and ability to work on a rotating shift schedule (including nights, weekends, and public holidays).
