Tanggung Jawab
- Provide high-level technical support for hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
- Lead the end-to-end implementation of IT infrastructure projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope.
- Manage and configure security tools to protect company assets and client data against emerging threats.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for systems, configurations, and troubleshooting procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new technologies and improve existing workflows.
- Conduct regular system audits and performance tuning to ensure maximum uptime and efficiency.
- Act as an escalation point for complex technical issues that require deep-dive analysis.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in IT Support or System Administration roles.
- Strong understanding of network administration, including VPN, firewalls, and routing.
- Proven expertise in deploying and managing enterprise-grade security tools and protocols.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong project management skills with a focus on documentation and change management.
- Certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA Security+, or MCSA/Azure Administrator are highly preferred.
