  • Respond to customer technical inquiries via phone, email, and chat promptly.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Provide clear, step-by-step guidance to customers for problem resolution.
  • Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams when necessary.
  • Document all interactions and solutions accurately in the ticketing system.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure complete satisfaction and issue closure.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and troubleshooting procedures.

Kualifikasi

  • At least 1 year of BPO experience (mandatory).
  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree in IT or related field is an advantage.
  • Basic understanding of computer systems, networks, and peripherals.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
