Foundever, a global leader in customer experience management, is seeking an IT Support Representative with at least 1 year of BPO experience to join our team in Metro Manila. In this role, you will be the frontline of technical support, providing exceptional service to customers by addressing their inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and managing escalations with professionalism. Responsibilities include diagnosing hardware and software problems, guiding customers through step-by-step solutions, and documenting interactions in our ticketing system. Tanggung Jawab
- Respond to customer technical inquiries via phone, email, and chat promptly.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
- Provide clear, step-by-step guidance to customers for problem resolution.
- Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams when necessary.
- Document all interactions and solutions accurately in the ticketing system.
- Follow up with customers to ensure complete satisfaction and issue closure.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and troubleshooting procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to identify areas for process improvement.
Kualifikasi
- At least 1 year of BPO experience (mandatory).
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree in IT or related field is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of computer systems, networks, and peripherals.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Customer-focused mindset with patience and empathy.
- Ability to work onsite in Metro Manila and adapt to shifting schedules.
