Tanggung Jawab
- Provide first-line technical support for hardware, software, and network infrastructure
- Diagnose and resolve system malfunctions using remote and onsite support methods
- Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment including workstations, servers, and peripherals
- Document technical issues, solutions, and maintenance procedures
- Collaborate with IT teams to implement system upgrades and security patches
- Train end-users on software applications and best practices
- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential technical risks
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support or helpdesk roles
- Proficiency in Windows/macOS operating systems and enterprise applications
- Strong knowledge of network protocols, security practices, and cloud services
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Azure) preferred
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and verbal)
