Join ConnectOS as an IT Support Specialist and become a vital part of our technology-driven team. You'll troubleshoot hardware and software problems via phone, email, and remote desktop support, ensuring minimal downtime for our users. Tanggung Jawab
- Respond to and resolve technical support tickets through phone, email, and remote desktop assistance
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems
- Diagnose and troubleshoot network connectivity issues and system malfunctions
- Provide user training and documentation for IT systems and procedures
- Monitor system performance and implement preventive maintenance measures
- Collaborate with IT team to implement security protocols and updates
- Manage IT inventory and asset lifecycle management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support or helpdesk roles
- Proficiency in Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems
- Strong knowledge of networking concepts and troubleshooting methodologies
- Experience with remote desktop support tools (e.g., TeamViewer, AnyDesk)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft certifications preferred
