You will be responsible for providing technical guidance, resolving system issues, and maintaining the digital ecosystem that keeps our sales and service departments running smoothly. Tanggung Jawab
- Ensure 99.9% uptime for all company computer systems, servers, and peripherals.
- Manage the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of hardware and software applications.
- Monitor and maintain the integrity of the company network, ensuring secure and reliable connectivity.
- Provide prompt technical assistance and troubleshooting to employees experiencing hardware or software difficulties.
- Execute regular system backups and disaster recovery protocols to protect critical company data.
- Manage inventory for IT assets, including workstations, printers, and network components.
- Collaborate with management to upgrade legacy systems and implement cost-effective technology solutions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in an IT Support or Helpdesk role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS, network protocols, and hardware troubleshooting.
- Experience with office software suites (MS Office 365, Google Workspace) and printer peripherals.
- Exceptional analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Filipino, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a dynamic office environment.
