In this role, you will be the backbone of our operational infrastructure, ensuring that our hardware, software, and network systems function at peak performance to support our business goals.

You will be responsible for providing technical guidance, resolving system issues, and maintaining the digital ecosystem that keeps our sales and service departments running smoothly. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver who excels in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering exceptional technical service to internal stakeholders.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Ensure 99.9% uptime for all company computer systems, servers, and peripherals.
  • Manage the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of hardware and software applications.
  • Monitor and maintain the integrity of the company network, ensuring secure and reliable connectivity.
  • Provide prompt technical assistance and troubleshooting to employees experiencing hardware or software difficulties.
  • Execute regular system backups and disaster recovery protocols to protect critical company data.
  • Manage inventory for IT assets, including workstations, printers, and network components.
  • Collaborate with management to upgrade legacy systems and implement cost-effective technology solutions.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in an IT Support or Helpdesk role.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows OS, network protocols, and hardware troubleshooting.
  • Experience with office software suites (MS Office 365, Google Workspace) and printer peripherals.
  • Exceptional analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills in both English and Filipino, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a dynamic office environment.
