Tanggung Jawab
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, and servers
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues
- Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, and in-person
- Monitor system performance and implement security protocols
- Document IT procedures and maintain asset inventory
- Collaborate with IT team on system upgrades and migrations
- Train users on new technologies and best practices
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in IT support/systems administration
- Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems
- Experience with network protocols and security measures
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- CompTIA A+/Network+ or equivalent certification preferred
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English
