- Provide first-line technical support to employees via various channels (in-person, phone, email, chat) for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Diagnose and resolve operating system problems (Windows, macOS), application errors, and connectivity issues efficiently.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights across various internal systems, including Active Directory.
- Assist with the IT onboarding and offboarding processes for employees, ensuring proper setup and access management.
- Document IT procedures, common solutions, and contribute to the internal knowledge base for future reference and user self-help.
- Monitor IT systems and network performance, escalating complex or critical issues to senior IT staff or relevant teams as needed.
- Perform regular IT asset inventory management and preventative maintenance to ensure optimal performance, security, and compliance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 1-3 years of proven experience in an IT Support, Helpdesk, or Desktop Support role, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Strong proficiency in troubleshooting Windows and macOS operating systems, as well as Microsoft Office Suite (M365).
- Fundamental understanding of network concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Wi-Fi) and basic network troubleshooting.
- Experience with IT ticketing systems (e.g., Jira Service Desk, Zendesk) and remote desktop support tools.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with a methodical approach to diagnosing and resolving technical issues quickly and effectively.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a clear and professional communication style, both verbal and written.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and collaborate effectively within a team-oriented environment.
