Tanggung Jawab

  • Provide Tier 2 technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues onsite.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and peripheral devices.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and assist with software license compliance.
  • Troubleshoot connectivity issues and resolve security incidents promptly.
  • Document all technical incidents and resolutions in the ticketing system for future reference.
  • Assist in the deployment and configuration of new hardware and software updates.
  • Conduct regular IT health checks and preventative maintenance to minimize downtime.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
  • Proven experience working as an IT Support Specialist or Helpdesk Technician.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems and Office 365 suite.
  • Basic understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP) and hardware architecture.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Network+ are highly preferred.
