Tanggung Jawab
- Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Perform regular maintenance and updates on school computer systems and peripheral devices.
- Assist in the deployment and configuration of new technology for administrative and classroom use.
- Troubleshoot connectivity issues and ensure robust uptime for essential digital services.
- Maintain clear documentation of IT support tickets and resolution processes.
- Guide staff and faculty on software best practices and security protocols.
- Manage inventory of IT assets and equipment procurement as required.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of professional experience in an IT Support or Helpdesk role.
- Strong computer and technology literacy is mandatory.
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Pleasing personality with a commitment to high-quality service.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a dynamic educational setting.
