Tanggung Jawab
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues across organizational systems
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, servers, and peripheral devices
- Provide technical assistance via phone, email, and remote support channels
- Document incident reports, solutions, and system configurations in ITSM tools
- Implement security protocols and perform regular system maintenance
- Train end-users on new technologies and IT best practices
- Collaborate with infrastructure team on system upgrades and migrations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on IT support/helpdesk experience
- Proficiency in Windows OS, Microsoft Office 365, and Active Directory
- Strong network troubleshooting skills (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- CompTIA A+/Network+ certifications preferred
- Experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Jira Service Desk)
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure
