Tanggung Jawab
- Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network systems
- Diagnose and resolve IT issues including system crashes, connectivity problems, and software malfunctions
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, peripherals, and network equipment
- Document technical procedures, solutions, and asset inventories
- Implement cybersecurity protocols and data protection measures
- Train employees on IT best practices and new technologies
- Collaborate with IT team on system upgrades and maintenance schedules
Kualifikasi
- Diploma/degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- 1-2 years of hands-on IT support experience
- Proficiency in Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite, and network troubleshooting
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication abilities for technical/non-technical users
- CompTIA A+/Network+ certification preferred
- Experience with helpdesk ticketing systems
