Tanggung Jawab
- Provide first-level technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Manage and maintain IT assets, including laptops, printers, and peripherals, ensuring all equipment is in optimal condition.
- Monitor system performance and generate comprehensive reports to optimize operational efficiency.
- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of company software applications and databases.
- Coordinate with external vendors and internal departments for IT projects, upgrades, and system migrations.
- Ensure data security, backup integrity, and compliance with company IT policies and regulations.
- Document technical procedures and maintain a knowledge base for end-user support.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- At least 1-2 years of proven experience in IT support, technical helpdesk, or a related technical role.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Windows operating systems, and basic networking concepts.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues quickly.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users.
- Willingness to work in Bonifacio Global City, Metro Manila.
- High level of professionalism and a customer-centric attitude.
