Tanggung Jawab
- Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and peripheral device issues.
- Maintain and monitor computer networks, ensuring consistent internet connectivity and system uptime.
- Install, configure, and upgrade software applications and operating systems across the organization.
- Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting of workstations, printers, and other office equipment.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and password resets in a secure and professional manner.
- Document technical issues and resolutions in the company’s internal ticketing system.
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs and escalate complex issues to senior IT management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in an IT support or help desk role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic network troubleshooting (LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi).
- Proficiency in hardware troubleshooting, including diagnostics and minor repairs.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical staff.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering high-quality support.
