Tanggung Jawab
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network systems
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, peripherals, and network components
- Diagnose and resolve user-reported IT issues via remote and on-site support
- Document IT assets, incidents, and resolutions using ticketing systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement system upgrades and security patches
- Assist with user training and onboarding for new IT systems
- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential technical issues
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma in Computing/IT or related field
- At least 1 year of hands-on IT support experience
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and networking fundamentals
- Proficiency in diagnosing hardware and software issues
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft) preferred
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Basic understanding of cybersecurity best practices
