In this role, you will serve as the backbone of our technical infrastructure, providing critical Level 1 support to our corporate headquarters and branch retail locations.

Whether you are troubleshooting Point-of-Sale (POS) systems, configuring network hardware, or ensuring our security systems are operating at peak efficiency, your work will be vital to our daily business continuity. Tanggung Jawab
- Provide efficient Level 1 technical support for both HQ and retail store staff, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Manage, troubleshoot, and update Point-of-Sale (POS) systems to ensure seamless transaction processing.
- Maintain and monitor corporate network infrastructure, including switches, routers, and connectivity.
- Oversee CCTV installation, maintenance, and surveillance system management for site security.
- Coordinate with Internet Service Providers (ISPs) to resolve connectivity issues and manage bandwidth requirements.
- Perform regular site visits to provide on-site technical assistance, hardware diagnostics, and cabling support.
- Maintain an accurate inventory of IT assets, hardware, and peripheral devices.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in IT Support or Technical Helpdesk roles, specifically within the retail industry.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting POS software and hardware ecosystems.
- Strong understanding of LAN/WAN configurations and network troubleshooting principles.
- Experience in CCTV system deployment and troubleshooting is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical staff.
- Ability to perform site visits and travel as required by operational needs.
- Knowledge of basic server maintenance and Windows-based operating systems.
