Tanggung Jawab
- Provide comprehensive technical support for POS systems, peripherals, and associated software
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues with minimal downtime
- Install, configure, and maintain IT infrastructure including workstations and networks
- Document technical processes, solutions, and user interactions for knowledge base
- Train staff on POS system usage and best practices
- Monitor system performance and implement preventive maintenance protocols
- Collaborate with vendors for hardware/software procurement and support
Kualifikasi
- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in IT support with POS system exposure
- Proficiency in Windows OS, networking concepts, and hardware troubleshooting
- Strong analytical skills and ability to diagnose complex technical issues
- Excellent communication skills with customer service orientation
- CompTIA A+/Microsoft certifications preferred
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
