- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues across organizational systems
- Provide end-user technical support via remote and on-site assistance
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, and peripherals
- Implement cybersecurity protocols and data protection measures
- Document technical procedures and maintain IT asset inventories
- Collaborate with vendors for equipment procurement and service contracts
- Train staff on software applications and system upgrades
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience
- Proficiency in Windows OS, networking fundamentals, and cloud services
- Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware/software issues
- Certification (CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft 365 preferred)
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Experience with ITIL processes and ticketing systems
