In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the seamless operation of our IT infrastructure, providing technical assistance to our clients, and troubleshooting hardware and software issues on-site.
You will be working with enterprise-level technology, gaining exposure to complex systems, and delivering solutions that keep businesses running efficiently. Tanggung Jawab
- Provide on-site and remote technical support for hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
- Perform installation, configuration, and maintenance of workstations, peripherals, and office equipment.
- Manage system user accounts, permissions, and access rights in a secure environment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical incidents escalated via the ticketing system in a timely manner.
- Document technical procedures, FAQs, and common problem resolutions for internal use.
- Assist in the deployment of IT projects, including server upgrades and infrastructure rollouts.
- Ensure compliance with IT policies, security protocols, and data protection standards.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of proven experience in IT support, helpdesk, or field engineering roles.
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and basic troubleshooting of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
- Familiarity with hardware diagnostics (printers, PCs, laptops, and networking devices).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Able to work independently and manage time effectively under pressure.
- Possess a valid driver's license and flexibility to travel within the Bandung region.
