Tanggung Jawab
- Provide technical assistance and support to users regarding hardware, software, and network issues
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer systems, printers, scanners, and other peripheral devices
- Manage and maintain user accounts, permissions, and access to network resources
- Monitor system performance, identify potential issues, and implement preventive measures
- Document technical issues, resolutions, and procedures for future reference
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex technical problems
- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of IT security policies and procedures
- Stay updated with the latest technology trends and best practices in IT support
Kualifikasi
- Recent graduate in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
