Tanggung Jawab

  • Provide first and second-level technical support for hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
  • Manage end-to-end desktop/laptop deployment, including imaging, configuration, and software installation.
  • Maintain and monitor office IT equipment, including printers, video conferencing units, and networking gear.
  • Administer user accounts and permissions within Active Directory and Microsoft 365 environments.
  • Document technical procedures and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base for common user inquiries.
  • Collaborate with regional IT teams to implement global security policies and upgrades.
  • Assist in the onboarding and offboarding process by managing hardware allocation and access rights.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in an IT Service Desk or Desktop Support role.
  • Strong proficiency in Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and Azure/Active Directory administration.
  • Solid understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical staff.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot hardware issues on laptops and peripherals.
  • Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or ITIL Foundation are highly preferred.
