Tanggung Jawab
- Provide comprehensive technical support for desktop hardware, software applications, and peripheral devices
- Diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues, system malfunctions, and user access problems
- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, security patches, and software updates
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls across organizational systems
- Document IT procedures, create knowledge base articles, and maintain asset inventories
- Train end-users on new technologies and best practices for system utilization
- Collaborate with IT team to implement system upgrades and security protocols
- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential technical risks
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in IT support, desktop support, or helpdesk roles
- Proficiency in Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite, and common business applications
- Strong understanding of networking fundamentals and security best practices
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with ability to diagnose hardware/software issues
- Effective communication skills with ability to train non-technical users
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Azure Fundamentals) preferred
- Singaporean or PR with valid work authorization
