Tanggung Jawab
- Provide comprehensive technical support for hardware, software, and network systems
- Diagnose and resolve complex IT issues across diverse user environments
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and peripherals
- Document IT procedures, solutions, and system configurations

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in technical support roles
- Proficiency in Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and network troubleshooting
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with remote support tools (e.g., TeamViewer, AnyDesk)
- CompTIA A+/Network+ certification preferred
- Ability to work independently during night shifts with minimal supervision
