Tanggung Jawab

  • Maintain and troubleshoot computer systems, peripherals, and network equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Provide timely technical assistance and resolution for hardware, software, and connectivity issues faced by staff and clients.
  • Install, configure, and update operating systems (Windows/macOS) and office productivity software.
  • Monitor system performance and perform regular backups to ensure data security and integrity.
  • Assist in the setup of new hardware and software configurations for new hires and office expansions.
  • Document technical issues and resolutions in the knowledge base to improve internal processes.
  • Collaborate with management to identify areas for IT process improvement and cost-saving measures.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proven experience in IT Support, Help Desk, or a similar technical support role.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows, macOS, and common office applications.
  • Familiarity with networking concepts, including LAN, WAN, and TCP/IP protocols.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose complex technical issues quickly.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with non-technical users.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
