Join Alpha Aviation Group's dynamic IT team as an IT Support Staff in San Fernando City, La Union. This critical role ensures seamless technology operations across our organization by delivering exceptional technical support to employees. You'll be the first point of contact for resolving hardware and software issues, managing support tickets efficiently, and performing timely repairs to minimize downtime. Your expertise will extend to setting up audio-visual systems for meetings and events, while providing daily user assistance to maximize productivity. We're seeking a proactive problem-solver with strong communication skills to maintain our technological infrastructure and deliver outstanding user experiences.
Tanggung Jawab
- Provide first-level IT support including hardware/software troubleshooting and repairs
- Manage and prioritize IT support tickets for timely resolution
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and peripherals
- Set up and troubleshoot audio-visual equipment for meetings and events
- Deliver daily user assistance and training on software applications
- Document technical issues and solutions in knowledge base systems
- Collaborate with IT team on system upgrades and preventive maintenance
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1-2 years of IT support/help desk experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of Windows/macOS operating systems and common software
- Familiarity with network basics, security protocols, and AV equipment
- Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic abilities
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Certifications (CompTIA A+, Microsoft 365) are advantageous
