Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and mentor IT support team members to deliver exceptional technical assistance
- Manage daily IT operations including network administration, system monitoring, and maintenance
- Oversee hardware/software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting
- Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and disaster recovery plans
- Coordinate with vendors for procurement and contract management
- Monitor system security and implement compliance measures
- Document technical processes and maintain knowledge base
- Analyze technology trends and recommend infrastructure improvements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related technical field
- Minimum 3-5 years progressive IT support experience with 1+ years in supervisory role
- Expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, and network infrastructure
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles and data protection protocols
- ITIL certification or equivalent service management training preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Experience with IT asset management and budget planning
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
