Join J&T Express as an IT Support & Systems Integration Executive and become the backbone of our technology ecosystem. In this critical role, you'll provide end-to-end IT support across hardware, software, and network infrastructure while spearheading API integrations and system implementations. Tanggung Jawab
- Provide comprehensive hardware, software, and network troubleshooting for all company systems
- Design and implement API integrations between internal and external platforms
- Execute system setup, configuration, and testing for new IT projects
- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential infrastructure issues
- Document technical processes, configurations, and knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align IT solutions with business objectives
- Manage IT asset lifecycle including procurement, deployment, and decommissioning
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related technical field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support or systems integration
- Proficiency in network administration, server management, and cloud technologies
- Hands-on experience with API integration and middleware platforms
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with technical documentation skills
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder collaboration and training
- Certifications in CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Azure preferred
