We are looking for a dedicated and customer-oriented IT Support Specialist to join our client's team for a comprehensive Tech Refresh project. The project involves the systematic upgrade of computing equipment, including desktops, laptops, monitors, and peripherals, as well as software migration and updates. As the IT Support point of contact, you will ensure that all changes are implemented smoothly with minimal downtime, providing end-user training and support as needed.
This 6-month contract is based in the Central Region and offers a competitive remuneration package of up to SGD 2,500 per month. You will be working with a team of IT professionals and reporting to the IT Manager. This is an excellent opportunity to enhance your technical skills, gain exposure to project management, and build your network in the industry.

Tanggung Jawab
- Provide first-level IT support to end users, handling hardware, software, and network issues.
- Assist in the planning and execution of the tech refresh, including inventory assessment and deployment scheduling.
- Configure and install new equipment, ensuring compliance with company standards.
- Migrate user data and settings to new devices, preserving productivity.
- Conduct training sessions for end users on new hardware and software features.
- Maintain accurate documentation of processes, configurations, and inventory.
- Liaise with vendors and internal teams to resolve technical challenges.
- Ensure all IT assets are properly disposed of or recycled per policy.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office 365, and Active Directory.
- Familiarity with hardware deployment, imaging tools, and asset management.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Prior experience in tech refresh projects is a plus.
