Tanggung Jawab
- Provide first-line technical support to end-users, resolving hardware, software, and network issues in a timely manner.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and other peripherals.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights in Active Directory and other systems.
- Monitor and maintain network infrastructure (LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, switches, routers) to ensure high availability and performance.
- Assist in the administration of servers, backup systems, and security protocols (antivirus, firewall).
- Document technical processes, troubleshooting steps, and maintain an accurate IT inventory.
- Coordinate with external vendors and internal stakeholders for IT procurement and project implementations.
- Provide comprehensive onboarding support for new employees, including equipment setup and orientation.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an IT support or helpdesk role.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows OS (10/11) and Microsoft Office 365.
- Experience with network troubleshooting (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and hardware.
- Familiarity with Active Directory, Exchange Admin Center, and remote desktop tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure in a manufacturing environment.
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Fundamentals, or Cisco CCNA are highly valued.
