UST Global is a leading digital services company dedicated to accelerating digital transformation for enterprises worldwide. We are looking for a skilled and proactive IT Support Technician to join our growing team in Taguig City. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining our IT infrastructure and ensuring our employees have the technical support they need to succeed.
As an IT Support Technician, you will be the first point of contact for technical issues, providing exceptional service to our internal stakeholders. You will work in a dynamic environment where your problem-solving skills and technical expertise will directly contribute to operational efficiency.
Tanggung Jawab
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support to employees via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware, software, and peripheral devices (printers, scanners).
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and security access within the Active Directory environment.
- Monitor system performance and respond promptly to alerts or reported incidents.
- Collaborate with the IT team to maintain a secure, stable, and efficient network infrastructure.
- Perform regular system backups and conduct routine IT maintenance tasks.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of professional experience in IT support, help desk, or a similar technical role.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with network concepts, basic hardware troubleshooting, and remote support tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to multitask effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting.
