As an IT System Administrator, you will manage, maintain, and upgrade our internal network environments and server infrastructure. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot complex issues, implement security best practices, and support the organization's technological growth. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage, configure, and maintain server infrastructure, workstations, and network hardware.
- Monitor system performance and perform proactive maintenance to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Implement and enforce robust security protocols, including firewalls, antivirus, and data backup solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues for internal users.
- Manage Active Directory, user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for software license management and hardware procurement.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and system disaster recovery plans.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in a System Administrator role, preferably within a BPO or enterprise environment.
- Strong technical proficiency with Windows Server, Active Directory, and O365/Google Workspace administration.
- Solid understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, VLAN).
- Experience with virtualization platforms such as VMware or Hyper-V.
- Relevant industry certifications (e.g., CompTIA Server+, MCSA, CCNA, or AWS/Azure certifications) are a major plus.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
