Tanggung Jawab
- Design, install, and configure server systems, storage solutions, and network hardware to meet client requirements.
- Provide comprehensive technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
- Monitor system performance and perform regular maintenance to ensure maximum uptime and system reliability.
- Implement and manage robust network security measures, including firewalls, VPNs, and access control lists.
- Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to deliver communication and IT network solutions on schedule.
- Create and maintain detailed technical documentation for system configurations, network diagrams, and operational procedures.
- Manage regular data backups and execute disaster recovery protocols to ensure business continuity.
- Keep abreast of emerging technologies and suggest improvements to existing IT infrastructure and processes.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related engineering field.
- Proven experience in system administration, network engineering, or a similar technical role.
- Strong proficiency in Windows and Linux Server environments and virtualization technologies (VMware/Hyper-V).
- Solid understanding of networking protocols including TCP/IP, VLANs, DNS, DHCP, and routing.
- Hands-on experience with enterprise-grade hardware, including switches, routers, and firewalls (e.g., Cisco, Fortinet).
- Relevant professional certifications such as CCNA, MCSA, or CompTIA Network+/Server+ are highly desirable.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to technical detail.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
