- <ul><li>Oversee the daily operations, maintenance, and performance monitoring of critical IT systems, including servers, storage, and networking components.</li><li>Manage and optimize hybrid cloud environments, primarily Microsoft Azure and on-premise infrastructure, ensuring seamless integration and operational efficiency.</li><li>Implement and enforce robust cybersecurity measures, data backup strategies, and disaster recovery plans to safeguard sensitive financial data.</li><li>Lead and participate in IT infrastructure projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and new technology implementations.</li><li>Provide expert technical support and troubleshooting for complex system issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.</li><li>Develop and maintain comprehensive IT documentation, policies, and procedures in line with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure alignment of IT solutions with business needs.</li></ul>
Kualifikasi
- <ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.</li><li>Minimum of 5-8 years of progressive experience in IT System Administration or Management, with significant exposure to financial services environments.</li><li>In-depth expertise in Microsoft technologies, including Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange Online, Office 365, and Azure infrastructure services (IaaS, PaaS).</li><li>Proven experience managing hybrid cloud architectures, including connectivity and identity management.</li><li>Strong understanding of network protocols, firewalls, VPNs, and other security best practices.</li><li>Relevant professional certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, MCSE, ITIL) are highly advantageous.</li><li>Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.</li></ul>
