Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 8 years of experience in IT management, preferably in retail
- Strong knowledge of retail systems, POS, and e-commerce platforms
- Proven experience in leading IT teams and managing budgets
- Expertise in cybersecurity and risk management
- Excellent problem-solving and strategic thinking skills
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
