Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily operation of IT systems, networks, and infrastructure to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Lead and mentor a team of IT staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and technical growth.
- Drive digital transformation initiatives by implementing cutting-edge software and cloud solutions.
- Manage vendor relationships, software licensing, and hardware procurement processes.
- Develop and enforce robust IT security protocols and disaster recovery plans to protect corporate data.
- Monitor system performance metrics and provide actionable reports to management to support strategic decision-making.
- Provide high-level technical support for complex system issues and escalated helpdesk tickets.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT administration or systems management, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory capacity.
- Solid understanding of network administration, server management (Windows/Linux), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and compliance standards.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage IT budgets and project timelines effectively.
- Professional certifications such as ITIL, CCNA, or Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator are highly preferred.
