Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and mentor a high-performing IT team to ensure seamless system operations and service delivery.
- Design, implement, and monitor robust IT infrastructure to support core business processes.
- Drive digital transformation projects, including system migrations, cloud integration, and process automation.
- Manage vendor relationships and oversee hardware and software procurement.
- Implement and maintain rigorous cybersecurity protocols to protect sensitive corporate data.
- Establish standard operating procedures (SOPs) for IT support and system maintenance.
- Perform regular system audits to identify bottlenecks and implement optimization strategies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT administration or system supervision.
- Strong technical expertise in Windows/Linux server management and network architecture.
- Experience with cloud service providers (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is highly preferred.
- Proven ability to manage IT projects and lead technical teams effectively.
- Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Industry certifications (e.g., CompTIA Network+, CCNA, MCSA, or ITIL) are a definite advantage.
