Tanggung Jawab
- Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues to end-users.
- Manage and maintain user accounts, access rights, and security permissions.
- Perform routine system maintenance, updates, and patch management to ensure optimal performance.
- Monitor IT inventory and report any discrepancies or shortages promptly.
- Respond to and manage support tickets and service requests in a timely manner.
- Escalate complex technical issues to senior technicians or external vendors when necessary.
- Assist in the setup and configuration of new devices, workstations, and peripherals.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Windows operating systems and Office Suite.
- Basic knowledge of networking concepts, hardware components, and peripherals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude towards technical challenges.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, ITIL Foundation) are highly desirable.
