Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and optimize Active Directory infrastructure including user accounts, group policies, and security configurations
- Oversee Azure cloud services including VM deployment, networking, and resource management
- Administer Intune device management policies for mobile and desktop endpoints
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support with rapid incident resolution and root cause analysis
- Implement and maintain cybersecurity best practices for system hardening and compliance
- Monitor system performance using monitoring tools and proactively address potential issues
- Document technical procedures and create knowledge base articles for team reference
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in Active Directory administration and Azure cloud services
- Proven expertise in Intune device management and endpoint security
- Strong troubleshooting skills with Windows Server, Active Directory, and Azure services
- Microsoft certifications (e.g., Azure Administrator, Intune) highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills with demonstrated customer service orientation
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
