Trentgo is looking for a motivated IT & Systems Administrator to join our Platform & Intelligence Department in Jakarta. In this role you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, security, and performance of our enterprise‑wide IT infrastructure. You’ll work closely with cross‑functional teams to design, implement, and maintain systems that support our business objectives and drive digital transformation.
As a key contributor to our IT operations, you will be involved in managing Windows and Linux servers, monitoring network health, and swiftly resolving incidents to minimize downtime. This position offers the opportunity to lead projects, optimize processes, and shape the technology roadmap for a fast‑growing organization.
Tanggung Jawab
- Administer and maintain Windows and Linux servers, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Design, implement, and manage network security, including firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion detection systems.
- Monitor system alerts, conduct root‑cause analysis, and resolve incidents within SLA targets.
- Plan and execute backups, disaster recovery procedures, and business continuity strategies.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and Active Directory environments.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and provide recommendations to improve efficiency and scalability.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of hands‑on experience in IT administration and systems management.
- Proficiency in Windows Server, Linux (CentOS, Ubuntu), and virtualization platforms such as VMware or Hyper‑V.
- Solid understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs) and security best practices.
- Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is a plus.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
